His practice is devoted to tort litigation in both Federal and State courts, as well as Elder Law. Brian also has expertise in 1st Party Insurance claims and Bad Faith/Article 21.21 cases as a result of 22 years of insurance-related practice.

Brian's commitment to excellence is evident in the honors he has received and the affiliations he has secured. Beginning with his education at Baylor, Brian was awarded with the President Abner McCall Scholarship. He is listed in the National Register's "Who's Who in Executives and Professionals." Along with his admission into the State Bar of Texas in 1981, Brian has also been admitted into the United States Western, Eastern and Northern District Courts, as well as the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court of Colorado.
